Emotion & Thought

Mind (Greek: psyché) is a summary name for all mental capacities of living creatures: reason, character, emotion, consciousness, memory, perception, thinking, etc.
I will mainly focus on emotions and thoughts.

Emotions and thoughts are so close to each other that if you think positively you will get good feelings and negative thoughts give you bad feelings.
Sometimes we might get angry or sad, but there is no reason to let these feelings stay. They will not change your situation only make you feel worse.

Every situation in life affects us in different ways and is stored in the memory and in the cells. Sometimes the spirit “get stuck”, and the energy flow in the body is blocked. That happens when some experiences affect us so much that we can’t let it go. The body gets imbalanced and that shows up like disturbed behavior patterns and even illness, since emotions and thoughts affect the physical body directly.
We can consciously make changes in our lives so that we can go on and grow. We can “get the spirit back”, or simply “make up with the past”. This could take a while, but is not very hard, since you don’t need to be able to heal or meditate.
