The Food We Eat
The quality of the food depends on how food products have been manufactured, how vegetables and grains have been grown and what the animals have eaten.
Our choice of product affect our health. We can choose organic instead of conventional produce, raw nuts instead of roasted in vegetable oils, salt without anti caking agents and replace the margarine with olive oil.
