Eat high quality protein from meat, fish, eggs, beans and lentils every day.

Choose Organic egg and meat, it has much more omega-3, and no anti-biotics or hormones.

Drink a lot of water in between the meals. Drink 1 liter per 25 kg body weight a day. Adding lemon or apple cider vinegar to the water neutralizes the pH-levels.

Avoid drinks with sugar and caffeine.

Eat in peace and quiet, chew many times and enjoy the taste.
