The body has an immune system and a detoxification system
that strive to keep us healthy, but we must supply them with nutrition in order for them to work properly. They can get overcharged from too many toxins, negative thoughts, and stress. The body cannot handle it all and get imbalanced and cannot resist disease any longer.
Since it can take a long time before any symptoms occur, many people walk around believing they are healthy because they do not experience any obvious problems yet. Allergies, recurring colds, dandruff and acne are very common nowadays and therefore it seems normal. As if having minor ailments has become our normal state!
If you find out why these minor ailments or symptoms occurred, and change your lifestyle, food, attitude or what ever it may be, you will be able to heal.
Unfortunately people usually want some kind of magic pill that takes the symptoms away as fast as possible, but the problem is still inside your body and sooner or later more obvious symptoms and also serious diseases will show up.
